Lobster Fondue Dip
Ingredients:
5 ounces lobster cut into small pieces (you can use canned but drain well)
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 cup shredded sharp Cheddar Cheese
1/4 teaspoon red pepper sauce
1/3 cup dry white wine
Directions:
1.Melt butter in pan over low heat. Gradually add and stir in cheese until cheese is melted. (Cheese butter mixture may appear separated.)
2.Add red pepper sauce; slowly add wine, stirring until mixture is smooth.
3.Add lobster; stir until heated. Makes about 1 1/2 cups. Serve immediately.
