Lettuce leaves, washed
Water or pepper cress leaves, washed
1 pound cooked lobster meat
3 tablespoons fresh chopped cilantro
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons green onions
Yellow bell peppers, seeded and cut into thin rings
Green bell peppers, seeded cut into thin rings
Salt and pepper to taste
1.Cut lobster meat into small bite sized pieces. Set aside.
2.Heat olive oil, saute bell pepper rings, add cilantro and green onions. Let it cool down.
3.Place lettuce and cress leaves in a salad bowl, then lobster meat click here to find out more. Add bell pepper and mix well. Season with salt and pepper and refrigerate until serve.
